A capable CNC router is a serious capital investment — ours works for you per job instead. We run an Axiom CNC platform with full-sheet capacity, machining everything from nested cabinet parts and door profiles to 3D relief carvings, signage and jigs. Files come in as DXF, DWG, STL, AI or SVG; we verify toolpaths, confirm material and tooling with you, and machine to tight, repeatable tolerances. Furniture makers use us for batch parts they assemble themselves; designers and architects for prototypes and one-off features; signage shops for overflow capacity. Because we are fabricators ourselves, we flag design-for-manufacture issues before cutting your material, not after. Confidentiality on client designs is standard.

Frequently Asked Questions
What files do you accept, and what if I only have a picture?
DXF, DWG, STL, AI and SVG are machine-ready. From a photo or sketch, our design team can produce the CAD file for machining at an additional design fee.
What is your maximum sheet size and cutting depth?
We machine full standard sheets (2440 × 1220 mm) with depth capacity for standard board thicknesses and 3D relief work. Send your part dimensions and we will confirm fit.
How is CNC work priced?
By machine time plus tooling and material handling — complex 3D work runs longer than 2D profiling. Send your file for a fixed quotation; batch runs get better rates.
Do you take one-off jobs and trade batch work?
Both. One-off prototypes are welcome, and we run recurring batch production for trade clients under agreed schedules and confidentiality.
