Most projects are designed, fabricated and installed within 3–6 weeks from survey to handover. Large contracts with multiple openings or complex pivot and concealed systems may require 6–10 weeks. We confirm lead times at quotation stage.

A flush door describes the door leaf profile — flat, smooth faces with no raised panels. A concealed hinge door describes the hinge system — hinges are hidden inside the door rebate so no hardware is visible from either side. These two features are often combined for a seamless, wall-integrated look.

We supply and fit the complete door set — frame, architrave, hinges, latch or lock, and any specified accessories such as magnetic catches, soft-close buffers, floor guides or pivot hardware. We stock European brands including Hafele, Blum, ASSA ABLOY and Dormakaba.

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on fabrication and installation. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty — typically 2–5 years depending on brand and product line. We respond to warranty calls within 48 hours.
