Specification & Warranty Standards

1. Substrate

Moisture-resistant MDF, HMR board or solid hardwood depending on door type. All cores fully glued and biscuited for dimensional stability.

2. Machining

Profiles CNC-routed to ±0.2 mm. Lipping applied and hand-sanded to 240-grit before finishing.

3. Finishing

Minimum 3 coats primed + 2 colour coats for painted doors. Veneer doors sealed with UV-cured clear coat.

4. Warranty

2-year workmanship warranty on all doors. Manufacturer warranty on hinges, locks and closure hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials do you use for interior doors?

We use moisture-resistant MDF (E0 / HMR grade), solid hardwoods (Sapele, Iroko, Walnut, Mahogany) and veneered particleboard depending on the door type, finish and application. All substrates are selected for long-term stability in Nigeria's climate.

How long does a typical doors project take?

Most projects are designed, fabricated and installed within 3–6 weeks from survey to handover. Large contracts with multiple openings or complex configurations may require 6–10 weeks. We confirm lead times at quotation stage.

Do you deliver and install outside Lagos?

Yes — we deliver and install nationwide across Nigeria, including Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Benin City, Enugu and Kano. Logistics and installation fees are quoted per project.

Can I get a custom size or custom design?

Absolutely. Every door is made-to-measure. Share your opening dimensions — or book a free site survey — and our design team will produce 3D visuals and a technical drawing for approval before fabrication begins.

What is the difference between a flush door and a carved door?

A flush door describes a smooth flat door layout face surfaces. Carved doors require custom relief designs milled into hardwood surfaces using precise modern multi-axis tooling.

What hardware do you supply with each door?

We supply and fit the complete door set — frame, architrave, hinges, latch or lock, and any specified accessories such as magnetic catches, soft-close buffers, floor guides or unique operational systems. We stock European brands including Hafele, Blum, ASSA ABLOY and Dormakaba.

What warranty do you offer?

We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on fabrication and installation. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty — typically 2–5 years depending on brand and product line. We respond to warranty calls within 48 hours.
